Delivery services must be contacted first about any item they have delivered to you (ie' if UPS delivered your item, please contact UPS, if Royal Mail, then please contact them etc...),but if you are unhappy with an item or wish to exchange it, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can put it right. Without you, this business would not be what it is, so we care a lot about keeping our paying customers happy.

Speaking of keeping our customers happy, all our products are sanitised before and after making to ensure hygiene standards are always met.

Please ensure that you are aware of all ingredients listed in products before purchase. We will not be held accountable if you have skipped reading the ingredients of an item and developed a rash or something else as a result of an allergy. It is your responsbility as a buyer to ensure you know what you are receiving, prior to item arrival.

We will never email you asking for anything other than to confirm your email, to send you newsletters about our offers and deals and emails regarding your order(s). Any other emails can be considered fraudulent and most likely coming from a scam artist, any such emails should be reported as spam, blocked and reported to your email company (ie; gmail, yahoo mail, ntlworld etc...) also.
